Laser Dentistry

Our office has been in the forefront of laser dentistry since its introduction into the dental profession. Lasers have proven to be a tremendous adjunct to our treatment protocols and are used often in a wide variety of soft tissue procedures. We currently have at our disposal two different lasers, a Carbon Dioxide Laser as well as a Nd-YAG Laser. Both lasers are used in both cosmetic as well as dental implants procedures.

 The advantages of dental lasers include:

• Less pain

• Less swelling

• Less bleeding

• More rapid healing

Our Nd:YAG laser is an indispensable adjunct to our Laser SoftCare procedure and has been approved by the FDA for periodontal soft tissue procedures.
