Financial Arrangements
We are pleased to offer the following financial
arrangements:
1/3 retainer at beginning of treatment, 1/3 in the
middle of treatment and the final 1/3 upon insertion of your prosthesis
1/3 retainer with equal monthly payments, the length
of the payment arrangement to be determined after consultation.
Payment in full at beginning of treatment with a 5%
courtesy discount (only on treatment plans in excess of $3000.
On a select basis, a pay as you go plan may be
arranged.

We recently have introduced
Enhance Credit - a means
to finance your dental treatment through a financial institution for up to 60
months at a very reasonable interest rate or if you choose you can even
arrange for up to a year, interest free. For more information you can

financing or if you choose you can speak
with Sheryl at our office. She will be happy to discuss this option as well as
several others with you.
We are
also pleased to offer Capital One Healthcare Finance to our patients. Capital One Healthcare Finance is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan for dental treatments of $1,000 to $25,000. Offering Capital One Healthcare Finance allows us to make the smile you've always wanted affordable.
Insurance Policy: It will be our pleasure
to complete all insurance forms but it is our policy that the relationship
exists between the insurance company and the patient. Therefore, all
payments made by insurance companies will go directly to the patient. We
will do our best to maximize your benefits wherever and whenever possible.
